Not enough assistants.. I had to wait a lot of time.. I wanted to buy a micro SD card for my mobile but they didn't have a variety of brands.. Only two..
Quality of products is up to the expected quality (up to product's brand). Extremely low quality of service. Noone has been trained properly. Nobody ever assist me properly. (I had been there more than five times).They do not know the products, they do not make the effort to check for any stock, they do not offer help , not even when you need it. Polite behaviour but this is not enough to offset the poor service.
Simply avoid the Turbox brand; the personnel is polite beyond reason and in an frustrating way
I've always had good experiences with the store. Good customer care. Very reasonable prices. You will find anything from laptops, cameras, headphones, TVs to school and office supplies. There is always someone to help you, even if the place is busy. Also reasonable prices. Don't forget to grab their leaflet on your way out so that you can keep up with the discounts. The yearly wall calendar they make is worth mentioning. Keep up the good work. A
