I bought a BG Berlin cabin bag during sales. The model that is at the shop gallery and which i bought is Zip2, 3 years warranty, 4 single wheels, non expandable. I would like to warn customers for a very bad practice i experienced in this shop. After i chose the zip2 model i asked, out of curiosity the employee why this model doesn't have 4 double-wheels instead of single ones. She answered that blue color of the same model back in their storage room has double wheels, which was quite strange. I asked to see it, and to my surprise, the one inside their storage room is exactly the same model but has 4 double-wheels, expandable and 5 years warranty!!! with exactly the same price of 88.8 euros. They just had the previous year model at the gallery to get rid off while keeping the newer model inside and both had the same price. I bought many bags from this shop and i like their choice of product brands and quality but this was quite a bad experience.

Καταρχάς την βαλίτσα την πηραμε από τα Bag Stories των One Salonica, αλλά ντρέπονται να κάνουν σελίδα. Πήρε η κόρη μου μια βαλίτσα, η οποία έχει δύο χρόνια εγγύηση για τις ρόδες της. Δύο μήνες μετά από την αγορά της, η μία ροδα διαλύθηκε. Πήγα την βαλίτσα να την φτιάξουν, καθώς καλυπτόταν από την εγγύηση. Αρνήθηκαν όμως να την φτιάξουν δωρεάν, λόγω κακής χρήσης. Μου επισήμαναν την βαλίτσα πρέπει να τη χρησιμοποιώ μόνο σε πλακάκια εσωτερικού χώρου. Απαράδεκτο. Γιατί να πάρω βαλίτσα με ρόδες, αν πρέπει να την κουβαλάω στην αγκαλιά μου μέχρι να φτάσω στο αεροδρόμιο. Πως θεωρείται αυτό κακή χρήση. Αν απλά δε θέλετε να είστε διατεθειμένοι να στις φτιάχνετε, απλά μην δίνετε εγγύηση. ΚΑΙ ΣΊΓΟΥΡΑ μην μου πουλάτε ιστορίες μετά στο τηλέφωνο.
