Though the place is so greatly decorated, the experience left me disappointed. The girls who did the nails were kind but the nails were really sloppy and I am very sad to have spent 35 on acrylic nails that lasted 12 days. Also my sister's cuticle were cut too deep leading to multiple wounds! They painted the nails not all the way down to the root so we had to go back in three weeks to paint them again. Not to mention that they only had one top coat polish for all 5 girls working there. Lastly they didn't give us an acrygel like we wanted because they said that acrylic was better but the truth I guess is that they might not even knew how to do that. Not going back ever.

Stylish and modern facility. Some of the staff is friendly. However, upon arrival for my appointment I had to wait a long time to be acknowledged. The pedicure itself took a very long time and did not turn out well as the paint doesn't look good and my nails were not trimmed well. The whole reason for my appointment is I came with pain in my toe from the nail and they did not pay attention to this need as much as I'd hoped. I had high hopes for this experience and they were unfortunately not met.

I had to wait 4 hours for them to do my nails, when I had a scheduled appointment. The staff was a bit rude too, when the nail lady didn't even shape my nails and just put on the nail polish mediocrely, leaving patches on it and parts of my nails not covered. They didn't even apologise to me for having to wait and getting a bad manicure that started to vanish a few days later - probably due to it being old. The only thing that is good about the nail salon is the dog.
