A large call center that has been unable to support the volume of phone calls as well as delayed notification of customers by sending messages to confirm the appointment, making the call center unreliable in its logical validity. The staff are also moderately polite.

I called for a glass on my car door and they said that they can do it. When i arrived there they said that actually they can put a temporary one. I lost a lot of time driving there even though I specifically said on the phone that I don't want a temporary one
Very professional. Exact appointment, damage fixed and even more, employee did fix a couple of small things inside the vehicle. Wifi free and a space one can work for the 2 hours that should wait for a windshield change. I am most satisfied
