*** UPDATED - SEE BELOW*** I have visited a few times the service department since I bought my Golf, so I have given every chance before writing tho review. My advice, avoid this service location at any cost!!! Customer service is non-existent with very long waiting times as seriously understaffed. This does not reflect on the staff ( who is polite) but the company as there are only two (if that) persons to run the servicing department. There should be change of management and policy. Seriously overpriced on service and with a strategy to have expensive service when new and discounts as the car gets older to keep you as a customer. *** UPDATE - 08/11/2020*** Coming back to the VW service with a faulty DSG Mechatronic on my Golf and with the warranty expired but the car still being under 5years old, the cost of the repair was 1600. The matter was forwarded to the manager of the VW service, Mr Katafigiotis, who offered a very reasonable solution with the service branch to cover more than 1400 as a gesture of continuing support to its customers, since this was not a matter of wear and tear. Furthermore we had the chance to discuss my comments above and previous dissatisfaction and he acknowledged some of the shortcomings and promised to do his best to minimise the waiting times and pass to the management my concerns for the pricing policy. In my opinion, learning from mistakes and listening to customers feedback is one of the most important qualities a professional should have. Upon my very pleasant recent experience I am happy to increase the rating of the busing and will continue to service my golf at this branch. I look forward to experiencing the further improvements and will update my feedback.

I have been 3 times here for services and I also have been for services in germany with the same car. The company in Thessaloniki was always correct and the service perfect. Last time I have been there (August 2019) they had to order a part from Athens over the weekend and gave me a car for that weekend. The prices are always fair. See you soon..

Αγόρασα μεταχειρισμένο kia picanto του 12/2004 τον 06/2014 από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο καθώς ήταν η αρχή της εποχής της τρέλας με τα χαμηλού κυβισμού ιχ λόγω τελών κυκλοφορίας και τεκμηριών , οπότε ήταν δύσκολο να βρεις κάτι σωστό και φτηνό.Μπορώ να πω πως το αμάξι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και δεν μου έχει βγάλει το παραμικρό πρόβλημα , οπότε μπορώ να προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για το οτι πουλάνε καθαρά αυτοκίνητα.Πωλητής ήταν τότε ο κ.Βρυώνης καθώς υπάρχει ηλεκτρονικό ιστορικό στο email μου.
