The staff is well educated on outdoor equipment, and really good salesmen. I have ordered a pair of shoes that turned out defective, they arranged for them to get replaced and although the process was not super fast I am pleased by the customer service. Variety is not huge in terms of brands but they emphasize on quality. They don't stock quantities either so its a bit hard finding your size on something that you like. Rated 5/5 but a amall minus is the location, it is underground and car access on that street is just impossible during working hours. Good job!
They have answered in a friendly and kind way, all my questions about the gear I need for trekking, backpacking, hiking. Very good service attitude. Definitely, the shop to visit before your next outdoor activities.
