The staff are vigilant and helpful, the containers are clean and easy to use/access and the special offers are very helpful, especially during times of lockdown when you cannot access your boxes! Just an attention to the fact that you must take personal insurance to protect your container as there is NO default coverage protection for your goods! This is my only criticism, otherwise everyone has been very helpful
