We had a lovely afternoon at Ventesanos. The wines were nice, and the server was very knowledgeable about the wine and the production methods and growing regions. The side snacks were in generous portions and clearly made from good quality ingredients. But despite the wine food and hospitality, what really makes Ventesanos special is the clifftop location and amazing view. Having been to vineyards in many different countries, I've never experiences such breathtaking scenery.

Come for the wine, stay for the view and the sunset. This was the final and most impressive stop of the wine tour. Impressive for the clever, gravity-based old wine production process (replaced with more modern technologies nowadays), the quality of service, and, of course, the stunning sunset view (not as famous as Oía, but just as pleasant). Guaranteed to please wine lovers and photographers alike!
Great wines and even greater views. Went for the 6 flight wine taster. Just sitting on the terrace with that view made for a really special wine tasting.
It was everything I could have asked for in a wedding venue. Viola was an absolute pleasure to work with and everything went off with out a hitch. It was a dream come true. The service was outstanding for our ceremony and time spent after watching the sun set on the caldera. Honestly this place has the best views of the sunset IMO. The wine tastings and food are also phenomenal and are available at their normal times. They have great gluten free & vegan options. The staff are very knowledgeable, and are extremely helpful.
Very nice view! The entrance is FREE so don't have to book a tour. Prices are normal. Absolutely worth visiting. DON'T BOOK, GO BY YOURSELF
The way to access to the terrace is really cool (You cab even see an old chemistry laboratory). Then you get to it and the views are simply amazing. We had the wine tasting (4 wines, 10 euros) and the light lunch (30 euros). The food was actually very nice, I was surprised. I particularly liked the tomato fritters and the cheese plater. The wine tasting was really poor: 1) the quantity was ridiculous 2) the explanation was really quick 3) the wine was super hot. And this links with my second critic. As it was very windy, they chained they couldn’t open the umbrellas. Well, a place like that should be prepare with a system that allow them to protect from the sun not have just cheap umbrellas.
Incredible spot with one of the best views in Santorini! Wine tastings are a bit pricey but very worth it, and the cheese pairings are generous and tasty. Take the tour if you can -- ours lasted about half an hour and you learn all about the very unique way they used to make wine here.
Very Nice place, great seaview. Wine tasting is ok but a bit commercial. great place just to drink some wind with a view.
