The mechanical personnel, Service Manager, Service Advisor and the technical staff are to be commended upon their customer skills and mechanical knowledge. However, the parts at Volvo Sfakianaiks are far too expensive. If you wish to keep the cars of over 5 years and older with you gentlemen, you should target your retail parts prices more logically.
Great Opel dealer and staff
Went to buy a spare part which I didn't finally buy since for the same product I found it at another dealership of Volvo 20% cheaper and with fitting costed almost as much as Sfakianakis quoted me. Same attitude I received when I wanted to order my car two years ago when on a 70.000 car they were not flexible on their discount and ended up buying it elsewhere.
