Really disappointed. Took my son's ipod there which got wet, and after 2 weeks they said they couldnt fix it. Returned with a cracked screen on my ipad and after about 3 months they also could not fix it. We have had two computers fixed there, which are ok. Not very fast, communication with what's happening could be better and really upset about my brand new ipad dying with a seemingly simple issue.
I visited the Vrilissia iFast Repair a few times. They are very qualified helpfull and efficient and solved all the issues I had, giving me the best solutions. Thank you guys. I am absolutely satisfied!
Life savers!! After a hard reset I had to do on my phone I lost 900 contacts, although they were on Google cloud. A disaster! George the store manager had to do some hard thinking and got them back for me! Others had said that's it! Truly gave me back 10 years of my life. Many thanks to a professional! Vaios

I changed my battery. First time the battery was faulty, they returned my old battery and I waited 10 days to get a new replacement. It was not their fault but it costed me time and effort.
