Ever so helpful and English is impeccable, knowing all about computers and finding the right thing for your needs even finding an alternative that might be cheaper that you might not have thought of to begin with. Go early in the day because he's not always in up to the closing time but available through phone contact if he happens to have closed early. I haven't used for repairs yet, but should I need anything fixed I'll be heading here first for all my computer needs
