Excellent gym for everybody who wants to work out on Tinos. They offer very affordable day passes if you're only a few days on the island. Owner super friendly guy as well!

Small community gym with everything you need! On a really great island! Offering day use for nonmembers for a small and reasonable fee. I think the best thing about this gym was the owner, George. During my 4 hour stay I saw George assist and coach everyone coming in: special needs, kids, adults and athletes. I was extremely impressed by the sense of community, and can I also say family, that he created. I had a few minutes to speak with him before leaving and he's got an intresting story about when he was in California training and working at The Golds Gym with the pro lifters. I'll skip calling George a "Bro" and would rather look at him as the Big Bro, or Brother! Keep up that vibe man it works!

“ Το πιο δυνατό γυμναστήριο στην Τήνο!!!!!!!!!! Καθαρό, προσεγμένο, φιλικό και καταρτισμένο προσωπικό. Δε θα μπορούσα φυσικά να παραλείψω τον καλύτερο γυμναστή του νησιού "Γιώργο Χαραλάμπιδη". Όσο για το κομμάτι της αισθητικής πού συστεγάζεται στον ίδιο χώρο, τα χέρια της Ιωάννας Ζαρπα απλά μαγικά !!!!! Υπέροχη εμπειρία !!!!!
