Simply the best...I would recommend when you are a foreigner to use Mike as your agent...He speaks fluently 6 languages and knows the Greek system inside and outside...He will tell you for each property the truth...I had visited first 2 Greek estate agents in the town...they just wanted me as soon as possible to sign some exclusivity and money to give access to their portfolio...When we met Mike...he explained us first the do's and the don'ts...before showing us anything...I would never have bought a property in Zakynthos if we did not met Mike...Thanks Mike!
By far the most dedicated and knowledgeable estate agents we have visited. They heard and discussed our needs throughout the entire process in order to find the ideal solution for us. Most importantly they were always easy to reach and offer assistance. Do not buy or rent in Zakynthos unless you visit them first!

We have used the company in 2016 for the purchase of our holiday house in Zakynthos. Mike and his wife Gabriela are very professional and nothing is to much for them. They have guided us in the complex procedures and Greek bureaucracy to purchase our house. I would recommend them!
Wonderfull experience. We are from the US and were looking for a holiday home in Greece. Mike saved us from making a costly mistake. We looked with another realtor and found a house that was heavily discounted. We decided to purchase and advised him. Mike said it sounded to good to be true. Several hours later Mike called and said the house was not legal built. We did not persue this house and found one he had listed. Closing the deal was difficult but Mike was able to work out the details,which took a year and half. The house was great but our circumstance changed and Mike sold the house for us 2 years later. Mike and his wife are wonderful and very helpful. He has arranged insurance,helped find contractors and even found a mover for us. Service is what he delivers.

We had a very positive experience with Mike and his company JM Real Estate. Mike (and his wife Gabriella) was friendly and very honest and open during the purchase of our house in Zakynthos. He has great knowledge of the area and of real estate.
