While the beach itself is probably the best in the city, the transport connection with central Athens is a disaster. I'd go there more frequently if transportation was more comfortable. Apart from the organised beach, you can also access a variety of wild beaches in the area, which I personally like much more. Vouliagmeni lake is also amazing

The beach is beautiful, but a little bit too crowded. To find a good place during the summer I recommend to arrive as early as possible in the morning. Love the clear water, where you can easily see the sea bottom. In fact, the water is the main reason why it is one of the best beaches I've visited in Athens until now. Moreover, you can find several restaurants to get a drink or eat with a beautiful view of the sea.
The sea and the beach were awesome We really had great fun.The resort was good.We got some snacks from the market.The water park was fine for kids.We spent the day there.We chose Akti beach .The entrance fee was 5 euros for adults 3 euros for kids including sun-bed and umbrellas.

What an amazing place just down South Athens. Views are just incredible! And water is so clear and warm up until December! Love it!
Great place also for the night time. We went running and then we enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea. The calmness of after Covid...
