It's an unreliable airline. I unilaterally canceled my flight schedule. When they request a refund, they are told to call the ticket sales office. When I call there, I ask for a request by email. I requested it by e-mail, so it could not be delivered. Like this, I have been suffering for the third week.

Compared to other airlines, this one is one of the cheapest yet more reliable. I know for a fact that an international trip with Turkish Airlines is way more economical than with other companies especially in Greece. The only downside is that there are not many direct flights if your destination or beginning isn’t in Turkey. The stuff is also very polite and the services are amazing even for economy class, again compared to other companies.
No one to answer the phone, worst customer service ever
I tried to find the Turkish Airlines customer service number online and I got a number which was a fraud. Be aware as they are taking advantage of the cancellations happening these days with the virus and they say that they need to charge you a cancellation fee.
The worst customer support service. NO ONE, EVER ANSWERS the phones. So you need to do an international cost for a problem the company creates. Greek support at their best. Too pitty google isn't offering a 0 STAR
The worst customer service by far! The landline they have in Greece never answers despite the fact they say the work daily 9am to 5pm also the landline at Athens Airport. Probably this is to avoid complaints about various frauds they do as company and avoid paying back money to customers that never reached their final destination. Recently I had an experience like that, travelling to Amman as final destination and got stack in Istanbul in transfer. Shame and very bad to represent Star Alliance as well.
Worst Customer Support ever, there is an IVR placed that is guiding you so you can be in touch with a department , but when redirected none is picking up the phone.. i have tried multiple times, multiple days, same result.
Had a economy flight from Istanbul to Athens, approx 1.5 hour. The seats were really close together, and the flight want long enough for the food service they provided. They had they trays and the drinks and by the time the had served everyone we had started landing so they had to rush to clean everything up, they just put away the trolleys when the wheels went down. It would have been better for nuts and some water
