EGYPTAIR has charged my ticket twice (600euro, twice) since 17 days now -and counting-. I am calling, sending mails, filling forms and sending messages in all the platforms available, every day for the past 2,5 weeks and every time someone responds and says they are sorry and the issue will be resolved in 3 working days. Today I could finally reach the manager in the Greek brunch who told me that this is not their problem, but it's a problem of their bank and that I have to be patience. I sincerely don't care at all who's problem is this. Am I missing 600 euro for 2,5 weeks? Patience? ...patience...? you have stolen, with absolutely no right whatsoever, from my personal bank account, you left me with no money for 2,5 weeks and you ask me to be... patience? Picture attached: I receive this automated message from all kinds of platforms I am trying to contact, for the past 17 days. How many more '3 working days' will I wait? Lets wait and count..
