As the most well preserved temple of its kind in Greece , this temple is amazing. It lets you see as close as it's gets how the temples looked back then when the were intact, while not having to use modern reconstructions as all of its pieces are original. It is located inside Athens Ancient Agoura in the right side of the park ( which is also a nice place with an interesting museum)

Beautiful ancient temple, worth a visit and to explore the surrounding gardens and ruins. Well preserved with impressive details.

Another fun enjoyable historical Greek monument. And you get a nice view of the acropolis from here. ️

I loved this place more than the Parthenon because it was so peaceful, green and quite. It’s a great place to just sit and enjoy the view of the temple and imagine the people that used to live here. Sit and imagine how did the people lived their lives in ancient Greece. So much simpler and less noise probably. There are so many cats around, and turtles. One of the most relaxing ancient ruins I’ve ever visted. You also get great views of the parthenon.

Great! Not the largest temple but the best condition of all temples in Greece! Good to get a proper imagination how it looked like in ancient times!

Wonderful, maybe the best preserved temple in Athens. A must.

Not huge but gives you a perfect idea of Greek architecture. Just imagine it out painted in red and white and add some sculptures.. clean out (with imagination) all the plants and arrange the surrounding area.. by its overhead location, the temple was dominating the Agorá. Unfortunately entrance is forbidden but as you can see from the outside, full restructuring as been abandoned in favor of an aesthetic cleaning of exteriors
