Clean, beautiful ferry to various Greek islands... we took it from Athens to Santorini and back... it was about 8 hrs. each way. Price is ok. I didn't enjoy economy as the seats were not very comfortable to sleep in; decided to upgrade to first class on our way back to Athens.... totally worth it to me. First class seats are so much more comfortable... Pay 5.oo for all day internet access while at sea, not a bad deal. Great, smooth ride!

Horrible experience. I had to travel from Crete to Athens in the ferry \Blue horizon\, a 9 hours trip during the night. Me and my partner arrived 2 hours before departing and there were no seats left, so we had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR as well as other people including children, pregnant women, and elders. It was absolute chaos. The temperature in the cabins was very cold, and there was people sleeping in the outside area of the ferry during the night because they could not find a place inside. The ferry was very fancy, with bars and restaurants but people were treated like cattle. Worst trip ever.

We book one way ticket from Athens to Santorini via Ferryhopper, for low season with super saver promo it was 20 a person(low season). We picked up the ticket at the Blue Star Ferries office near the port a day prior to the voyage. It was during a day time while there were no ferry, so office was almost empty and we got the tickets printed right away. On the day of voyage, we arrived 50 min before the departure time, and lots of people were already boarding. Boarding process was really easy. No including the open deck, if you don't have suite/cabin or business class, then you have one entire floor any where you like to sit. We boarded (sort of) early so we still have lots of table/seat to choose from. Most people keep their luggage with them. I did see they have luggage storage room(not like a in-person check-in service), it was just a room in a lower level(which you will pass by while taking the escalator up). You can leave your luggage there, but we didn't feel safe to leave the luggage unattended so we kept it with us. There are many cafe and a burger a place onboard. Price was not too cheap, but was okay reasonable. There were plenty of restroom on the floor, but many stalls had broken locks. There are wifi onboard, I didn't use, I don't know if that was free or with a fee though. But we were able to remain with 4G or 3G cell service so we basically had internal like \u003e80% of the time. It was a smooth ride, friendly staff, besides the long voyage time, we didn't have any complain. If you want to save money, this is the way to go.

Chaotic and confusing. However once you find the correct line, and manage to push by the people who tries to jump in front, you are met by a friendly and helpful employee. Come in good time.

Worst experience ever!!After they didnt indicate where is the leaving point we missed the trip from Poros to Pireaus at 08:05 in the morning. We had to buy the tickets again and we left with delays and 7 hours later and with VERY CROWDED BOAT.
