Optimistic Outreach

The staff at this location need to understand that they are not doing us a favor by covering Bose product under warranty. If my product isn't working properly just take it and fix it within a REASONABLE amount of time. Without attitude and questions as if I am trying to get something for nothing. They will respond that they do understand and are professional blah blah blah. Not the case. In representing the most amazing sound brand in the world, they need to present themselves as such. Over 20 years I have been a customer of Bose in several countries and never have experienced delay and questions like I have here. As with all audio products, Bose has little issues here and there, thus the 2 year coverage. No problem, as long as the customer service remains at or above Bose's CORPORATE expectations...

Other than the fact that BOSE are of high quality and great design, the BOSE team in Athens has been great in supporting my case to fix and finally replace a product. I bought the BOSE 700 Heaphones and a fault has appeared. I took it to the Service and they kept me updated for a number of days, finally replaced the product with a new one. Process was easy and I felt that there is a very good support team EVENTHOUGH the product was bought in another European market! STrongly recommended. Thanks!
