The attitude and quality of customer service from the staff leave a lot to be desired. We purchased a variety of items but quickly discovered we had been charged twice for one of them. Getting a refund involved a long wait for a supervisor to emerge and fill in a form book. She barely acknowledged us. The cashier who made the error was very blase about his error and even strangely said he had not been trying to cheat us. No acknowledgement of the error, no apology, just an attitude that I was wasting their time. These people give Greek tourism a poor reputation.

Be careful, they charge your Credit Card in USD with a forced currency exchange without asking. Staff was nice, even though obviously trying their tricks on you.

The shop didn't have the right prices on the products, so I had to ask for each price everytime!!! Finally when I bought some glass bottles of wine they Did Not have the safety net which protects them from breaking and instead they offered me to Buy several plastic bags and put them seperately. Not helpful and rude!

Good variety of local products and souvenirs. Also you can buy different kind of famous chocolates and much more. But the prices..... I don't think it does much of a difference, if you buy them from your local store, besides you are saving yourself all the extra weight and the fuss.

Has a reasonable selection of both international and local goods but the prices are very high. You will find it cheaper to buy before you fly or at your destination unless you have forgotten to get a last minute gift to bring back.
