Reservation confirmation never said to checkin online only. But even if I did try to check in online it can’t be 2 hours before flight which never was stated on confirmation. So I couldn’t check in online. They do this on purpose to screw you. They charged double for checking in in person. You just lost a potential life long customer with Instagram influence.
Dear customers, always, be careful not to get trapped by Ryanair with the baggage tricks.
It offers you a good ticket price and gets you a lot of money with traps.
Their incompetence has cost us over 1000euros in missed connecting flights, lost train tickets, accommodation and a day of our travels. Spend the little bit extra and fly with a proper airline. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with their lack of customer service. Would love for people to stop using them and watch the company go bankrupt.
NoooooOOOOO!!! Don’t do it!! This is the worst airline they made us pay 150 to check in if you don’t check in online and the Lady knew (in that picture) she knew that we were supposed to be checked in and she knew that the check in time was closed and she told us to go to the kiosk and Waste more time!!! The chicken bag carry-on cost an arm and a leg didn’t do not take this airline do not take this airline. I will never go back with these people even if my life depended on it. She kept rolling her eyes and sending not just me, but other people away also!!! I have spoke with a supervisor but the supervisor said she couldn’t do anything about it bc she is in charge of a different department. Zero stars!!! I would never give this airline another chance! NOT EVEN IF IT FREE!!!
!! Attention !! Check in online 2h before departure otherwise you have to pay 55 extra for the check in and your boarding pass!! Non priority can only take one handbag no small baggage otherwise you have to pay!!! They want extra money for everything! Never again with Ryanair!!!
Only reason why I gave it a four stars is because there are no cell phone outlets on the plane. They were on-time, they had very good customer service on the plane from the flight attendants. Very clean, modern looking plane. Comfortable seats for a short ride. And lots of leg room space. Affordable ticket prices.
