Really happy with a cool Midi keyboard I found for my husband! HORRIFIC! LIES AND LIES! Absolutely NOTHING \PRO\ About Athens Pro Audio. No customer service. 3 months on order. No updates, nothing. Complete garbage and am being very modest with my review. AVOID! Besides prices are expensive. Decided to help local businesses...gave them many chances. They will be out of business soon with such disgusting service. F-

REALLY bad customer service, wouldn’t deliver my package unless I paid extra for a delivery one street apart from the store on top of the delivery fee. NEVER again from this site. Give your money somewhere genuine.
Waited months for my order. When I reminded them it seemed like they still had to order it. After some unreplied mails they finally got in contact after I flagged them at paypal. They offered me a gift for my wait. Months later still haven't received the gift (which I also ordered btw). They again never replied on my mails regarding the small item. Maybe good service if you live in Greece but this is unacceptable. Avoid if you live in Europe, there are better and professional stores.
Just went there to get a replacement of a broken jack to XLR cable -that i had previously bought in that store- , and a kind of Houdini tried to convince me THAT THE CABLE WAS OK. He even tried to convince me I was unaware of the difference between a dynamic and a condenser microphone!! At the end, after a long debate, we parted, with the same broken cable and the lombrosian look of the two employees. Your attention sucks!
